Do you have an old rotten or dirty spa cabinet? Replace it with a beautiful highwood® cabinet! For more than a decade, our product has been used by some of the biggest spa manufacturers in the world. Our standard flex corner cabinet kits are sized for the majority of modern spas in the marketplace. Built to last with Highwood’s unique marine-grade recycled plastic, this spa cabinet kit is unyielding to rot and deterioration. This spa cabinet comes in an off-the-shelf kit in 3 colors and is part of our Spa Collection.

The flex corner spa kit  bends to handle up to a 12” radius The kit has been designed for spas with a maximum cabinet height of 33” and a maximum corner-to-corner dimension of 84” long for flex corner spas. Each kit contains 8 side panels, 4 flexible corners, trim and 72 stainless steel screws with grommets for a clean, worry-free installation. Finally, this cabinet kit will work for 90% of recent spas in the marketplace but for those rarer 5% minority spas, we do offer a custom kit option (see our custom kit page to send us a request for a quote).

Product needs to be custom cut to fit your spa.
Product needs to be custom cut to fit your spa. So, final installation is matching original. Cabinet sides expand or bow out slightly in extreme heat, even with vents cut into panel. Product has been installed for two years and definitely gives the spa a new appearance. Overall, other then the high price, product serves its purpose and renews the spa’s appearance instantly.

We needed to replace our hot tub shell
After having a hail storm we needed to replace our hot tub shell. This was a great option. Completed it in the time said by the directions. Would highly recommend. Turned out great.

Best product ever!
I recently purchased this replacement spa kit and am so glad I did. I asked my son, who is an Environmental Scientist, if it was a safe product. Did it contain or emit any harmful chemicals. He said it was good. Believe me, if he approves something, it must be good! It was delivered within four days in a perfectly well protected package. We had to cut it to the height we needed. The panels had a thin layer of insulation attached and we loved the flexible corners, This product and company thought of everything, including stainless steel screws. We put it together like a simple puzzle within three hours. So glad I purchased this product. No more rotting wood, staining, or sealing. Maintenance free and is beautiful. Looks like new again!

Our tub looks new
I purchased this as a last resort to ordering a new tub. My wife and I tore off the old panels on Saturday morning and we finished installing the new cabinet by lunchtime. We are pleased that this product lived up to the hype. Hoping this is the last cabinet we ever need.

Care & Maintenance

Highwood products are designed to provide years of comfort with very little maintenance. That’s the beauty of Highwood after all — the look of natural wood without the headache of annual painting or staining.

Our unique synthetic material, combined with 304 grade stainless hardware, means that you can leave our products outside year round, whatever the climate. For detailed information on how to clean or repair minor dings on our products, please take a look at our “Care & Maintenance” section.

Here however are just a few tips to keep your Highwood products looking like new:

  • At the start of each season, (or as needed) use hot soapy water and a brush to clean the surface from dirt & grime that build up on your products.
  • Give an extra scrub on edges of the product that have been machined/cut (front edges of arms on chairs).
  • For stubborn stains you can carefully use a power washer to remove grime, but be sure to use a medium/wide nozzle (fine/narrow nozzles can damage the product).
  • In day-to-day use wipe up any stains or spills on your Highwood products as it happens with a damp cloth.

Return Policy

Important note: The information below relates to purchases that you make directly from the Highwood USA eStore. Should you purchase a Highwood product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact their customer care team and they will handle your repair / return.

Non-Defective returns (“Buyer’s remorse”)

Highwood USA accepts non-defective product returns within 30 days of purchase (as listed on your receipt). In order to process a non-defective return, please email our Customer Care team at CSR@highwood-usa.com to get a Return Authorization # (RA#) and then follow these steps:

  • Attach a copy of your receipt (without the receipt we cannot process the return)
  • The item must be returned unused, not damaged and in “as new” / resalable condition
  • The product must be packaged and returned in its original packaging
  • Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box that you are returning (Required)

When we receive your product it will be inspected and the refund will be issued once we confirm that the item meets the above requirements.

Highwood USA is not responsible for the cost of returning the product when the return is “Buyer’s remorse”. You can either make your own arrangements for the return of the package or Highwood can make arrangements for you and deduct that cost from the refund value.

Damaged or Defective items:

Highwood will, at its own discretion, repair or replace damaged or defective products at no expense to you, our customer. In the event that you need to make a return, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing us at CSR@highwood-usa.com and:

  • Attach a copy of your receipt
  • Let us know the serial number on your product (shown on a sticker located ON the product… usually under the seat/table etc.)
  • Attach a photo/photos to clearly show the damage


If we need you to send the whole product back to us, we will (a) provide you with a Return Authorization # (this RA# should then be written clearly on the outside of the box) and (b) make arrangements for return shipping at your convenience (which we will pay for). If we decide to remedy the problem by sending replacement parts, we will ship those directly to you to fix the issue.
