Broadcasting into more than 80 million homes, the Living In Style TV show is a magazine style program that focuses on quality new products for consumers. Their most recent show features the highwood^® brand Adirondack products in both a dock and pool/backyard setting. YES Program:

President of Highwood USA LLA, John Quarmley talks about the YES program, sponsored by the Northeast PA Manufacturers and Employer Council Inc. (www.nepamaec.com). By actively participating in the program (work placements in addition to school visits & presentations), Highwood USA has the opportunity to help these young adults gather important life/employment-skills that will serve them well as they develop their careers.

New highwood^® brand items launched.

Summer 2011. We continue to expand our collection of furniture and outdoor accessory items under the highwood^® brand… all are available through our web-store and from our authorized brick & mortar dealers and web-retailers. A list of web-retailers carrying our products can be found here.

New products include:
• Laptop table (for use w/adult Adirondack chair)
• Tete-a-tete table (to connect two adult Adirondack chairs)
• “The Hometown” arbor
• “The Pottsville” decorative corner fence
• Traditional fan trellis
• “The Hazelton” mailbox post
• “The Brockton” lamp post
• Flowerboxes with deco/traditional scroll metal brackets
• Birdhouses & Squirrel feeders

Additional furniture will premier this fall in our booth at the “Chicago Mart” outdoor living show in September. Items will include a deep seating collection, benches, rocking chairs and king size Adirondack chairs. Call us for info on these items.

Highwood USA shines in customer survey.

While we continually challenge ourselves to improve in all aspects of our business, we are pleased to report that our customer survey showed an overwhelmingly high level of satisfaction with us as a vendor.

Highlights include:

• 80% of respondents are “Very likely” to recommend Highwood USA as a supplier.

• Performance (#1) and Value for price paid (#2) were the clear leaders in “important factors that you consider when choosing your supplier”. Other important factors that were identified included “On time delivery” (#3), “Service level” (#4) and “Color Stability” (#5).

– 80% of respondents ranked Highwood USA as excellent or very good for “performance”.

– 100% of respondents ranked Highwood USA as good for “value for price paid”…almost 75% of those considered us to be very good or excellent.

– 80% of respondents ranked Highwood USA very good for “on time delivery” and “service levels” (100% of responses rank as good or better)

– 100% of respondents ranked Highwood USA as good in “color stability” with 70% giving a very good or excellent mark.

• Overall ranking of Highwood USA as a supplier…

– Approx 60% said “Excellent”
– Approx 20% said “Very Good”
– Approx 20% said “Good”
– No respondents ranked as “Fair” or “poor”
